AMC Services
We are reliable network partners of our customers.
We believe in ensuring the highest standards of quality,
reliability and efficiency in all our products. We
undertake annual maintenance contract services for all
types of computers.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Features:
- Visit to clients Spot Every Weak for system
Analysis & Maintenance.
- We don’t put any service charge, we come for
unlimited visit.
- The customer or any unauthorized user shall not
alter or change system setting set by our engineer.
- During the contract, if any additional peripherals
like modem, printer, scanners etc., are added, no
service charges shall be levied separately.
- If any problem occurred and can not solved by our
Engineer which will be deployed in your office, the same
will be removed within 12 Hrs of the complaint
registered. However, in case of emergency the same shall
be taken up immediately.
- Service charge is not included in the AMC , But
replacement of the defective parts is charged only for
the customers
